Tiffany Mack Fitzgerald
Consultant (she, her)
Hello, I’m Tiffany – unless we’re on the golf course, where you’ll hear people call me Tiff. I am the founder of Black Girls Golf (BGG), a nonprofit organization headquartered in Atlanta with over 4,000 members worldwide. For me, DEI is personal. I have witnessed what is possible when historically minoritized people have equitable access to tools and resources to thrive in their careers. That’s why I started Black Girls Golf, to empower Black women with the tools they need to navigate the golf course to help them gain equitable access to space where deals are often made among their male counterparts.
I am excited to be on the Max Haus team and continue working with corporations to advance their DEI goals and priorities. I specialize in golf training programs and assessing workplace culture to create solutions that address invisible inequities, often preventing Black women and other historically underrepresented groups from thriving in the workplace. Schedule a discovery call today, and let’s get to work!
