Natalie Faria

Associate (she, her)

Hi, I’m Natalie. I am passionate about helping people and organizations move the DEI needle forward – particularly matters related to women/gender, sexuality, disability, and religious diversity. For the last several years, I have worked with community organizations and faith-based institutions, helping them optimize their operations and expand their mission to foster lasting change in the world. I specialize in infusing DEI theory and best practices in every corner of an organization and helping unearth assumptions that impede DEI and organizational progress more broadly. I also assist clients with deploying culturally adaptive recruiting and retention strategies to support a diverse workforce and/or student body.

I am a proud alumna of Emory University, where I was a Woodruff Fellow. Upon graduation, I was awarded the Candler Community Service Award and the Woman of Excellence Award by the Emory Center for Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies. I am glad you found us here at Max Haus, and I look forward to partnering with you to achieve your goals.
