Iyabo Onipede
Consultant + IDI Qualified Administrator (she, her)
Hello, I am Iyabo. I am an educator, facilitator, and consultant committed to helping organizations eliminate racism, dismantle systems of oppression, and create equitable cultures. I am passionate about creating customized workshops that allow organizations to build just and equitable work environments using integrative liberation frameworks that move learners to become practitioners of liberation (The CARA Model). I also use trauma-informed approaches in my work with clients to open pathways to belonging for all.
My top priority is to dissolve the harm that Black people, indigenous people, and other people of color experience due to racism and white supremacist culture. I also teach clients about the harm racism causes Non-Black and brown people. Ultimately, I am committed to ending harm and restoring dignity to all people. I am also a qualified Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) administrator and a certified Emotional Intelligence Coach (EQi 2.0). I look forward to working with you to create emotionally intelligent, interculturally competent, and equitable workplaces.
