Codi Norred

Associate + Facilitator (he, him)

What’s up? I’m Codi, and I specialize in corporate social responsibility and environmental justice. With nearly a decade of experience leading clean energy and climate justice in the Southeast region, I am excited to partner with the Max Haus team and organizations to ensure synergy between their DEI and CSR goals. 

In recent years, I have worked mostly in the Southeast region, helping community organizations and faith-based institutions more intentionally consider the DEI implications of not considering the impact of our choices on the world we live in; it is often black, indigenous, and people of color (BIPOC) who experience the greatest adverse impact of these choices. I also have a background in international peacebuilding and conflict transformation. I use these skills to help organizations understand that conflict can be transformative as opposed to a source of tension.

Codi’s Favorites: music (I play drums), learning new instruments (currently working on piano and guitar), singing with friends, a good craft cocktail, and pool time!
