With nearly two decades of experience as a consultant and executive across multiple industries, Brandon identified a growing demand among colleagues and friends for professional DEI services. This demand inspired the creation of Max Haus, a consulting firm dedicated to transforming workplaces and fostering environments where every individual can thrive—one organization and one person at a time.

Throughout his extensive career, Brandon has collaborated with clients spanning multiple industries, including accounting firms, universities, accrediting bodies, faith-based organizations, nonprofits + community-based organizations, law firms, animal welfare agencies, and technology professionals. His specializations encompass policy development, strategy design, and creative services. Brandon also specializes in neurological and religious diversity, addressing often-overlooked dimensions of identity within organizations. His ultimate mission is to remind people of their humanity, ensuring they are seen as individuals rather than mere cogs in a machine.
